The service
TechLetter Automations provides software-assisted research, writing, review, scheduling, and publishing tools for newsletters and related content.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Your content and audiences
You retain responsibility for your business information, subscriber lists, instructions, and published content. You must have appropriate permission or another lawful basis to contact people you add to an email audience and must comply with applicable marketing and communications laws.
AI-assisted content
Research and drafts may be produced with automated systems and can contain errors. You remain responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for your business and audience. Review is available before scheduled publication, but approval may be optional when automatic delivery is enabled.
Subscriptions and billing
New TechLetter subscriptions include a 7-day free trial when offered at checkout. A payment method may be required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins billing at the price shown at checkout and renews monthly until canceled. Current pricing and included limits are displayed before purchase. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing information shown in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use TechLetter for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive communications, infringement, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the service or other users.
Availability
We work to keep TechLetter reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may evolve as the service improves.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, TechLetter Automations is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
