We use this information to provide the service, research and prepare newsletter content, deliver messages you schedule, process billing, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Service providers

TechLetter uses third-party infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI-assisted research and writing, and email delivery. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to provide the service.

Subscriber data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and contact your subscribers. TechLetter uses imported subscriber information to provide the delivery service you request and to process unsubscribe or suppression events.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Account deletion tools are available inside the service.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update account information, cancel your subscription, or delete your account through TechLetter. Newsletter recipients can use the unsubscribe link included in delivered emails.
